3. Meet our design and project management team

Having met the team specialising in property management, it is now time to meet the part in charge of project design and management. A specialised team, with more than 10 years of experience in the sector, who will try to find out how to convert your future purchase into everything you need.

At this point, we will carry out a study of the client’s aesthetic preferences, their way of life or the type of business we are dealing with. In this way, from our studio, we will be able to create guidelines for the future design and show the client what our team has thought exclusively for the future.

4. We look for the perfect property for you in the South Of Spain

Looking for the right property is much more than just looking at a building. Our staff will study your connections to public transport, supermarkets, distance to the sea…etc.

Egoist Unique’s real estate department will search for you. The properties will be presented and shown in packs of 3, trying to speed up the acquisition process as much as possible.

Adapting ourselves, we will always make sure that the visits fit the needs of the contracting party, being able to make video calls as well as graphic documents that will serve as a guide to know the ”pros” and ”cons” of each property.

5. We manage everything you need so that you don’t feel alone in the process.

This service would not be understood without accompanying our client throughout the whole process, including the bureaucratic management of documents and requirements necessary to buy a property in Spain.

At Egoist Unique we offer translators and staff who will accompany our client to the necessary offices to successfully complete all these steps prior to the purchase. Including, of course, the booking of an appointment at the Notary’s office and control of the amounts and concepts that the client will have to assume for the purchase.

6. We study your needs, we offer solutions

After acquiring the property, the design team will prepare a project, looking for the best way to connect spaces with each other, distribute these spaces, as well as fully analyse how to adapt this building to everything that our client imagined from the beginning.

7. Visualise your renovation in 3D

It is important to know that no home will be perfect for someone until it has been tailored to their needs, just as no business will reach its full potential without premises that create impact. That’s our job, to create impact. Our 3D design and visualisation team will work so that you can see the proposed refurbishment before you start, so you have nothing to imagine.

With our images, videos and 3D diagrams, there will be no doubt whatsoever about the result that will be obtained after the renovation has been carried out, giving the buyer an extra degree of peace of mind.

8. Knows the reform process and the budgets of the proposed reform.

The order in which the work will be carried out will be presented, together with the budgets of the final reform proposal chosen.

The whole process will be adapted to a budget previously agreed with the client, adapting the range of materials used to this economic range, always giving an unbeatable quality finish.

9. You start the turnkey works

The refurbishment process begins, carrying out the project visualised and accepted by the buyer.

In this process all the necessary licenses for the execution of the work are managed and all the current regulations will be complied with for the correct execution of the refurbishment, whether interior or exterior.

This process will be documented on a weekly basis, showing the client how it is progressing. Likewise, presentations will be made of each of the materials prior to their installation and purchase, making the client a participant in the process at all times.

Once the renovation is finished, the client can choose whether he wants to receive his project in a standard or pro range service.
