A symbiosis between the new architecture, the straight forms and the classic architecture of the Sotogrande area, with Arabic tile roofs.

The dimensions of this plot allow the different areas to be adequately landscaped, using the vegetation to create transits, as well as inviting the user to different areas of the building.

The aim is to create a neutral building while ensuring that this design becomes timeless, in such a way that it can be perceived by the end user as a blank canvas.
